Before...

 A fabulous Santa Monica 4th floor condo patio also included unwanted views of unattractive roof tops and power lines.

 The Banquette was designed to eliminate the visual clutter and also provide an outdoor entertaining area.

 
 Sitting benches are also usable storage spaces with hinged lids.

 The right side wall is set exactly to cover roof tops and power lines but to allow the view of the beautiful Pacific ocean.
