This is the money shot...!
This photo shows you why this technique or treatment adds such
depth and a luster that implies that you could reach down and dip your
hand into the color.
This was the initial artwork on the floor before I clear coat it and
already you see the reflection of the wall in the paint. This makes the
room look bigger, the ceiling higher even though you are using (in this
case) a dark color that normally closes a room in. |

The original wood flooring.
Sun and moisture damage.
|
 |
Damage at the base of the French doors.Surface is shattered and
deeply worn. |
 |
All surface imperfections are repaired and resurfaced. |
 |
Final product. This home went on the market a few days
after the project.
Two offers were made on the house quickly.
This is not a painted floor...this is a piece of art.
My taste sells...!! |

The gloss finish will last up to 5 years before needing a new clear coat.
The best quality is the fact that the gloss reflects light into the
room and the color tones will be enhanced by various light changes
throughout the day.
